About
Growth systems. Partnerships. Strategic visibility.
Michelle works at the intersection of partnerships, visibility, and organizational growth — using structured thinking to improve how initiatives are designed, communicated, and executed.
Background
Background
Professional story
Michelle’s work spans national youth programs, marketing campaigns, and startup growth support within East African ecosystems. She is known for translating priorities into structures that teams can actually run — with clear owners, sponsor-ready narratives, and measurable reach.
At AIESEC in Tanzania she held the national marketing mandate from 2024, then added Business Development and Programs in 2025 — running both portfolios in parallel from Dar es Salaam until the term closed in 2026. Four years and four entities on, she is an AIESEC alumna. Alongside that she advises early-stage ventures on positioning and go-to-market fundamentals, and holds space as a facilitator and moderator for senior and diverse audiences.
The through-line is simple: make ambition legible. Then make it deliverable.

“From a finance standpoint, Michelle improved how we approach sponsorships and commercial conversations — clearer pipelines, cleaner handovers to finance, and stronger alignment between what we promise partners and how we record and govern it.”
“On programs and national campaigns, Michelle drives execution with unusual discipline — she translates priorities into timelines, owners, and measurable reach. Teams move faster because the operating model is legible.”
