Case studies

Challenge → approach → outcome

01 · Portfolio & governance

National program portfolio redesign

A national portfolio required clearer delivery models and stronger alignment with partners and youth beneficiaries ahead of the 2026 program cycle.

Challenge

Ambition existed. The operating model did not yet make that ambition sponsor-ready or internally governable at the quality the cycle demanded.

Approach

Led a structured redesign of how programs were packaged, governed, and communicated — improving market clarity, delivery readiness, and sponsor confidence.

Outcome

A more sponsor-ready portfolio that enabled deal closures, secured TZS 71.5M in sponsorship revenue, and established two high-visibility PR partnerships for 2026 implementation.

02 · Integrated campaign

Career Fair 2026 campaign

Drive mass awareness and high-quality registrations for a flagship national fair — while opening a professional-channel conversation with corporate partners.

Challenge

Volume and quality had to move together: consumer reach on one side, qualified B2B interest on the other.

Approach

Owned integrated marketing across B2C and professional channels, with disciplined messaging and conversion-focused journeys.

Outcome

550,000+ B2C impressions and 8,000 registrations, plus a parallel LinkedIn campaign that generated 5 qualified corporate partner leads.

YEFFA KilimoTech Accelerator cohort with Sahara Accelerator and AGRA

03 · Accelerator advisory

YEFFA KilimoTech Accelerator

Fifteen agritech founders needed sharper positioning and go-to-market clarity within an intensive accelerator cadence (Sahara Accelerator, supported by AGRA).

Challenge

Early-stage constraints: limited time, mixed founder readiness, and the need for narratives that survive first customer conversations.

Approach

Advisory on value proposition, market narrative, sales, and branding — tailored to the realities of agritech at this stage.

Outcome

Cohort-wide uplift in clarity and readiness to engage customers and partners.

04 · National forum

Tanzania Startup Week 2025

Represent institutional credibility in a high-trust innovation forum — Tanzania’s largest startup ecosystem platform, themed around Vision 2050.

Challenge

Hold a room of founders, partners, and ecosystem actors without reducing the conversation to ceremony.

Approach

Moderated a session, shaping dialogue for audience relevance and partner alignment.

Outcome

Visible national-level presence — reinforcing thought leadership beyond day-to-day operations.

Documentary evidence

Footage from Tanzania Startup Association activities — leadership, ecosystem engagement, and partnership coordination.
